Skilled nursing is a service that provides high-level medical and custodial care, such as assistance with daily activities and ambulation. It is indicated for long-term special care in cases of chronic conditions and compromised health, as well as rehabilitation after hospitalization.
If you or your loved one is recovering from an injury or recent illness, skilled nursing care may be necessary. UHH team of highly skilled nurses and therapists are available to provide the skilled medical care you or your loved one needs. Our licensed nurses can provide more skilled and complex nursing services to patients when medically required. Skilled nursing often helps people feel better, function more independently and learn to take care of their health needs.
